CONSULTANTS ROLE
The FF&E consultant plays a crucial role in the successful delivery of furniture and equipment to building projects. Their expertise is integral through all phases of a project, from concept design through to post-construction, working in conjunction with the client, operator, architect, interior designer, quantity surveyor and main contractor.
Our consulting services help clients determine their FF&E requirements early in the design phase, avoiding costly budget clashes, and ensuring that the furniture and equipment meets the clients brief and user expectations for functional performance.

FF&E SCOPE SUMMARY
- Early Planning - Develop the FF&E master list based on the project brief, categorising items by location and type and validating the budget by aligning costs with the schedule and addressing any discrepancies.
- Design Coordination - Collaborate with architects and interior designers to ensure furniture, fixtures, and equipment (FF&E) align with overall design vision and functionality.
- Specification Development - Create detailed FF&E specifications, including materials, finishes, and performance standards, to meet project requirements and budget constraints.
- Vendor Management - Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers and manufacturers to secure high-quality, cost-effective FF&E solutions.
